Househunting

Vandana rejoined office and realised the elusive cab timings from 7.30 to 4.30 are not being followed by her own colleagues.

The guys who were reporting her to were now calling the shots and so that started the buy vs rent debate and looking of all the flats across gurgaon.

Following Societies were seen.

1. Bestech Park View City - 1 : Excellent Flat layout. Old construction. Not much open space, building had seepage

2. Bestech Park View City2 - Very Tempting , fanstatic flat layout. Nursury inside the Campus. Very cluttered and not open space in Society.

3. Vatika City - Onlu Society in Gurgaon with Gas connection ( Perhaps ! ) . Huge Flats. No View, Flats facing each other. Unwieldy

4. Orchid Petals : Just Didnt seem good. May be the broker took us through the approach road, may be the parks were not full.

5. Unitech Close - Massive Loading. One Central park. Small bedrooms. Didnt like much.

& Finally

Vipul Greens - WHY ?

1. 2 Flats per floor , No problems of light. I dont think we would switch on lights only.

2. Fantastic open view. 3 huge gardens separeted to each other. No flats pouring into one other

3. Three Swimming Pools - I hope all would be functional. Less Clutter

4. Good Club House

5. Good flat design

Why Not

1. Small Balconies

2. Ultra small Servant Quarter

3. Only 1 Parking. Why ?

4. Maintenance is high.
