Third Party Perspective

So much of energy, time and productivity is lost in trivial matters. I believe it is because everyone does not have a purpose in life. the day they have purpose , that day they will realise the futility of getting into minor issues, and that all the emotional baggage they carry is stopping them to reach their goal.

Would that mean that they have to compromise to get ahead. No, but instead of externally validating their control, the locus of control would be internal. They will concentrate more on self development than on self validation.
